On June 29th, we will celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Build Fund and announce a significant investment by Merchants Bank of Indiana.
Launched in 2015 by King Park Development Corporation, the Build Fund provides flexible, affordable, and responsible capital to small businesses in Indianapolis. As a mission-driven lender, the Build Fund leverages grant funding and bank partnerships to provide financing to businesses underserved by traditional lending institutions.
As the first business supported by the Build Fund, R & B Architects was able to acquire and renovate the long-vacant Glossbrenner Mansion. Since relocating in January, they have continued to thrive, adding five new, full-time employees already this year!
